About the district
The area consists mainly of private sector with rare old apartment buildings. The population is minimal, mainly elderly people and families with very limited income.
Infrastructure is practically non-existent — perhaps one or two small shops. Public transport runs extremely rarely, sometimes once every few hours. Living here without a car is practically impossible.
The only advantage of Buļļi is prices. Here you can find some of the cheapest rental offers in Riga. Suitable only for those who value savings above all.
